Solution Free Self Installed Upgrades for Current Version Only
*If you are on digiSHOP 6.x and you can upgrade to any digiSHOP 6.x, but if you are on digiSHOP 5.x (or less) you need to purchase an upgrade package to digiSHOP 6.x first.

All licenses come with Free Ticket Support & Chat Support for 90 Days from the date when you purchase it as a NEW license. The Free Ticket Support & Chat Support for 90 Days does NOT apply to upgraded licenses.

Policy on Bug Fixes
Bug fixes are a long process of duplicating and diagnosing. We do not charge for this process.

We do provide a free self install upgrade utility for you to patch it yourself. We create patches for the core software only (no personalized patches unless you have a maintenance package).

If you need our assistance in applying the patch to your store, please submit a ticket with this request. The cost of having us apply the patch is $149 for our labor cost (upgrade itself is free).

If you currently have a maintenance package with us and need us to apply the patch the cost is $45.

Platinum Maintenance Package
• 18 Tokens
• $45 upgrade installs by our team (of course you can always do it for free yourself)
Total: $499

Gold Maintenance Package
• 10 Tokens
• $45 upgrade installs by our team (of course you can always do it for free yourself)
Total: $449
