Licensee must be completely satisfied with the purchase or they may return any Sum Effect Software product within 30 days for their money back on only the license fee only.

Items not available for refund:

 Any use on adult related site

 After a user request a free upgrade during their first 30 days

 Customization

 Any user or previous user who had already received a refund (no multiple refunds allowed)

 Upgrade Package

 Support Package

 Installation Fees

 Bulk License Purchases

 Rush Fees

 Reseller Program Fee

We believe that most request for returns can be avoided. Please contact our experienced staff and you will get professional assistance in any technical issue you have faced with while installing/configuring the software. Also, they may be able to help you find a feature you are looking for that you currently can't locate in the software. We will do the best we can to ensure you are totally satisfied with our software and customer service.

Sum Effect Software Inc., will not accept any returns after 30 days from date of purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to return the following document completed and signed and be RECEIVED by Sum Effect Software, Inc. within 30 days of the purchase date. Email requests, faxes and/or phone calls for refunds will not be honored. You must fill out the form below to request a refund.

Please follow the following steps to receive a refund:

1) Download letter of destruction form here and fill out form.
2) Delete the software from your webserver.
3) Complete the letter of destruction form stating you have in fact removed the software.
4) Send it FedEx Express ONLY (any other method will NOT be accepted such as first class mail or any other mail carrier such as UPS, USPS and any other service) to:

We will verify the following before the refund is issued.

  1. The software has been removed from your webserver, prior to us receiving the letter of destruction.
  2. The letter of destruction was received within 30 days of your order date.
  3. The letter was sent FedEx Express (Any other FedEx methods will NOT be accepted)

All of these conditions must be met to receive a refund in 2-4 weeks. Failure to meet all of these conditions will result in NO REFUND being issued.
